SharePoint 2016: ¿Qué versiones de Reporting Services se van a soportar?

Pues ojo al dato, a día de hoy (y ya estamos con la versión Release Candidate – RC) de SharePoint 2016, el mensaje oficial es qué únicamente se va a soportar SQL Server Reporting Services 2016 tal y como podéis leer en el whitepaper:Deploying SQL Server 2016 PowerPivot and Power View in SharePoint 2016. En concreto, en la página 55 del citado whitepaper podéis leer lo siguiente:

While the deployment steps of installing the SSRS binaries and configuring a service application are very similar to previous SQL Server releases, keep in mind that only SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services is supported in SharePoint 2016.
